Eligibility for Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in the same condition as when it was received. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thesilkenthread.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include: 1. Your order number. 2. A brief reason for the return. 3. Photos of the product (if the item is damaged or defective). Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address. Return Shipping While we wish we could cover all shipping costs, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
